BioBaby-boomer (late phase).
Finished high school in the normal manner.
College right off as physics major, discovered
computers in the form of a PDP-12.
Ran out of money and dropped out, right into a
recession. Worked, went to state U for a year,
ran out of money, dropped out, right into a
recession. Found work, got married, had one
child, went to 3rd college on tuition re-imbursment,
dropped out when 2nd child came along.
Continued working as software engineer, fathered 3rd child,
until the recession of 1992. Eventually found work again,
continued as contractor and later direct, until laid off in 2001.
Haven't found work since.
I'm now starting a new career in another field.
